Mason Binkley is the founding partner of The Binkley Law Firm. Mason grew up in Oviedo, Florida, and graduated from Oviedo High School in the year 2000. He later graduated from The George Washington University, with honors, and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mason and his wife, Melissa, moved to Tampa in 2010 to be close to family and have lived here ever since. They are the proud parents of identical twin boys. 

Mason spent the first fifteen years of his legal career working at private law firms in Tampa. He represented corporations, universities, insurance companies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, small businesses, and individuals in an array of complex litigation and transactional matters. Before founding The Binkley Law Firm in 2024, he was a Partner at a multi-state law firm with over 200 attorneys. 

Motivated by his entrepreneurial spirit, Mason established The Binkley Law Firm with the goal of providing superior and affordable legal services exclusively to individuals, families, and businesses. He finds great satisfaction in helping his clients plan for their futures and protect their assets and interests.

Mason is an active member of the Florida Bar’s sections on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, as well as the sections on Business Law and Trial Law. He is also a member of WealthCounsel, a nationwide association of estate planning attorneys. He regularly attends seminars and takes continuing education courses in the areas of law that impact his clients. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and frequenting his favorite craft kitchens.
